Session 1: Fraud: The Donald Cline Prosecution: Fertility Fraud, Novel Crimes and Consent

Donald Cline was a fertility specialist OBGYN in Indianapolis who was the undisclosed sperm donor to numerous patients over a known 14-year period. His prosecution gained national attention. A panel of persons close to the prosecution will discuss the history of the case and what happens when abhorrent medical treatment behavior with multiple victims does not violate any criminal laws.

Session 2: Moving Fast and Thinking Slow

In the Year of the Rabbit, consider whether one might benefit from thinking “slow” while maintaining a fast-paced life. The concept of Micro-Resilience will be introduced and provide the learner with concrete techniques for maintaining and improving one’s resilience during day-to-day life and improving one’s overall well-being. Panelists will discuss difficult moments and how they daily implement micro-resilience.
